About our beef
We specialize in Organic (not certified) Grass raised Jersey Steer beef.
Although Jersey beef is rare and has a much slower growth rate than other breeds, research shows that the favorable composition of the intramuscular fat and the high levels of unsaturated fatty acids make our beef the most flavorful, tender, juicy and healthy beef available.
If you prefer Black Angus beef, we can provide this also.
We take pride in providing our customers with antibiotic free, added growth hormones free, grass fed beef.
We sell our beef by the package, three different bundles, or by the half or whole.
