G.M.A.'S
G.M.A. stands for Girls Missionary
Auxiliary. It is for girls grade fourth through twelfth. The steps
consists of Maiden through Sovereign Queen. When a girl finishes her
last Queen step she may do her Y.L.A Objectives. Once you pass a
step you will receive a designated gift for that step. Either a
crown, pin, bracelet, or Bible and many more. In G.M.A we learn
about the work of our missionaries and learn about our church. You
interacted with missionaries from all over the world. Every year
there is a state camp and a national camp. The state camp is only a
one night thing and then the national camp is a whole week of fun.
When you go to camp you meet other girls that are interested in
learning God.
At state camp Kaley and Shelby O'Connor
represented Rosewood Church and Liberty District as Junior Miss and
Miss G.M.A. Shelby was also Texas Alt. Jr. Miss for the year
2005-2006. This year 2006-2007 she will represent Texas as Alt. Miss
G.M.A.
